According to Stephanie Walker, Festival Foods’ registered dietitian, the NuVal™ scoring system is an important tool that will help customers make quick, informed food choices. “Our guests will no longer have to stand in the aisle comparing endless nutrition facts and nutrient claims. The NuVal™ score takes into account more than 30 different factors and boils them down into one overall score that provides quick and reliable nutrition guidance,” Walker said.
