Cranberry Flax Muffins

This lush muffin is heart-smart, made with 100% whole grains, and full of healthy flax Omega-3.

1 ½ cup Bran Flakes Cereal
1 ½ cup   Whole Wheat Flour
½ cup   Ground Flaxseed
¼ cup   Splenda Brown Sugar
2 tsp   Baking Powder
½ tsp   Baking Soda
1 tsp   Cinnamon
3   Egg Beaters Equivalent
1 cup   Skim Milk
¼ cup   Applesauce
½ cup   Dried Cranberries
1 cup   Whole Cranberries

 
 
 

Mix dry ingredients.  Mix wet ingredients.  Combine together.  Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes.
