Banana Nut Bread

Each year Bellin Heart and Vascular Center does some fund raisers to donate to the American Heart Association in honor of the Green Bay Heart  Walk. Look for lots of great Heart Healthy recipies to follow.

Banana Nut Bread

  •  2 ½ cup   Flour
  •   ½ cup   Sugar
  •   ½ cup   Packed Brown Sugar
  •    1 tsp   Salt
  •    3 Tbsp   Olive Oil
  •    1/3 cup   Skim Milk
  •    1   Large Egg
  •    1 cup   Chopped Nuts
  •    3 ½ tsp   Baking Powder
  •   1 ½ cup   Mashed Bananas (approx 2-3 medium-sized)

Preheat oven to 350°.  Mix ingredients, pour into greased loaf pan, and bake for 60-65 minutes.  Let cool.
