It's time to stop smoking in Wisconsin!
July 2010, marks the time when you are no longer allowed to smoke in public places in Wisconisn. Ahh, the freedom to breath fresh air.
Are you ready to quit?

Why would I want to quit? Listen to the excuses:

  • I like to smoke
  • I am addicted
  • I've tried to quit, but I can't do it
  • I have been smoking for so many years, what's the point to quit now
  • I know it's bad for me, but I have to die of something

It doesn't matter how long you have been smoking, stoping today will improve your health. It will help you recover from any infection or surgery you may need to have if you stop today. Your lungs will begin to recover immediately. Stop putting those chemicals in your lungs and blood.
