Wear red day helps to save lives! How you ask? This is the day that millions of people will choose to wear red and help to increase awareness of women and heart disease.

The Go Red for Women movement was founded by the American Heart Association (www.GoRedForWomen.org). The purpose is to give the men and women of America a way to show their dedication and support of the cause. Go Red helps to empower women to take action for their health.

Heart disease is the number 1 killer of women.

We need to spread awareness and education about the risks of this devastating disease. Join the cause and wear red on February 5th!
