Bellin Heart and Vascular Center consistenly achieves a door-to-ballon time of less than 60 minutes. We do this with the help of the Emergency Medical Services (EMS). The American College of Cardiology says that hospitals should accomplish this in less than 90 minutes. Unfortunately, the average is 149.
