Through its Heart to Heart programs, C.A.R.E. strives to improve our heart rhythm disorder patient’s quality of life and health by providing a venue where they can meet others with similar needs and experiences, ask questions and receive thoughtful, relevant answers from medical experts.

In addition to patient education, Heart to Heart meetings work to increase visibility of heart disorders in children and young adults through outreach to those first line health and child care professionals most likely to encounter these patients, particularly when they are symptomatic.
